LemonCloud strives to be an enjoyable and safe environment for all those in our community. To achieve this, we have formulated specific rules and corresponding punishments that are enforced by our staff team. If you see an individual neglecting any of the following and there are no staff members present, then please submit a player report here.
The first three offences are listed below each rule. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances. Violations beyond the third will be treated with a permanent or long-term restriction from our networks. If you feel you were punished for an invalid reason, we must ask you to refrain from making a commotion and instead submit an appeal in the correct section.
Players are expected to familiarize themselves with the rules upon utilizing any of our services;
"I didn't know that was against the rules"
This will not be accepted as an appeal or excuse in any case.
You are responsible for your account, and thus anyone who can get on it. This means any punishments issued to your account while another player is using it are linked to your account.
"My sibling logged into my account and did that"
This is not a valid excuse and will not be accepted in an appeal. If there is any way of proving this, please reach out to the staff member that punished you.
* Any chat messages caught by the filters or any chat otherwise not seen to the public can still be moderated, and senders are held accountable to all the rules.
All FIRST-TIME minor offenders may be issued a verbal warning
If offenders refuse to heed the warning and continue with their misdeeds, staff should proceed with the punishments listed below. Exceptions can be made for players who have been around some time and are clearly aware that they're breaking the rules.
Speaking a language other than English in the main chat. A few small exchanges will be allowed. Other languages are allowed to be used freely in all other chats.
Repetitive messages or letters being sent in the chat. This includes using commands that spam other people’s chats, as well as flooding.
Continual bothering of another player or staff member. If the individual you are bothering tells you to stop, listen to them.
Referencing or talking about vulgar, sexual, or drug related topics etc. Some mild topics will be permitted in private chats, as long as nobody is uncomfortable with it being discussed.
Inappropriate skins, builds, banners, item names, etc. If you do not correct the issue after your warning, you will be banned without hesitation. If you are not online when you are warned, the inappropriate entity will most likely be removed for you with no compensation.
Swearing at other users is not allowed, this is very disrespectful and will result in a punishment.
Using methods to communicate with other people in-game whilst muted. If you use somebody else to put your messages across, that user will receive all the same punishments you did, including the initial mute.
Pretending to commit a major offence, jokingly or not, will result in the same level of punishment as though the offence was actually committed.
Repeated major offences will almost always result in a permanent, unappealable restriction from all servers.
Using bugs, exploiting the server, creating lag machines, or anything else malicious that can fall into this category.
Misusing commands such as /god, /fly, etc. is disallowed and will be punished for in all circumstances.
Saying an IP for another server. This rule is very simple, you will be punished for this in all chats.
Using alternate accounts to come online while you are banned on another account. Your alt will not be banned if the other account banned is banned for Inappropriate Content - Username or Ban Evasion.
Hurtful language directed at another user, usually swear words or insults. This rule is more relaxed on OPFactions and Factions, but you will still be punished under it if you are being excessively hurtful.
Any attempts at discriminating against somebody, regardless of any reasons, will be met with an instant ban. LemonCloud is dedicated to making the server an enjoyable experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, etc.
Bashing the server and/or the staff team repeatedly. If you have to ask if what you’re going to say will get you banned, you probably shouldn’t say it.
DDOS/DOS/DOX threats, or threatening to harm a player or their friends or relatives is strictly against the rules. You will be banned for breaking this rule, regardless of whether it was a joke or not.
Encouraging someone to harm themselves or another person. This includes encouraging suicidal behaviour or any other destructive behaviour to themselves, somebody else, or the server.
Stealing or destroying builds or items other players have created or obtained. This is not bannable on OPFactions and Factions due to the fact that raiding is a massive part of the gamemode.
Using hacked clients or any modification that is blacklisted according to this list. You will not be unbanned if you are banned for this, unless the Reviewer Team finds you to be innocent. Video proof is recorded for all hacked client bans issued, so there will be proof against you.
Scamming another user out of in-game items. Usually making a deal and breaking it half way through. Any items you obtain through a scam will be taken from you, and the user you scammed them from will be refunded. Please remember that this is permitted on OPFactions and Factions.
Scamming another user out of real life money/currency. This rule only applies if someone has lost real money directly, for example you buy somebody a rank and give it to them, then they don’t give you the promised items in return.
Teleporting a player to you and trapping or killing them. This is discouraged due to the fact that if you are caught in the act, you will most likely lose all your items as a result of being banned while combat tagged. Please note that this is allowed on OPFactions.
Leaking personal information without the person’s permission such as full names, addresses, and any other very specific information. This includes photos of the person.
